Once completed, the ProConsult Scope and Standards Agreement is issued to licensed, vetted, and approved paving contractors as requests for written proposals. We also review the submitted quotes and issue written requests for revisions.

To complete the project, our Paving Consultant/Asphalt Consultant/Seal Coating Consultant conducts final inspections to review all stages of the completed work and generate a punch-list for required corrections. We also offer performance and warranty inspections 8 to 12 months after your project wraps up.
